How do I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us ASAP at hello@pedicurebowls.com and include your order number and a list of the changes you need, or if you need to cancel. We’ll do our best to catch it if your order hasn’t yet shipped. Please note that the refund may take 3-5 business days to reflect on your card depending on your card’s refund policy.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated by weight and your location. We ship from our warehouse in Blaine, Washington, USA using FedEx or UPS ground service unless otherwise requested. You will have the opportunity to view the shipping cost before payment at check out.

Where do you ship to and from?

Our shipping warehouse is located in Washington State, USA. We currently ship to all 50 states including Puerto Rico, as well as Canada, Australia, and most other international locations. If you’re not sure if we ship to your area, please reach out to us at hello@pedicurebowls.com and we will be happy to assist you! We are available from 8am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday PST, excluding statutory holidays.

When will my order ship?

We do our best to get your order out the same day if it’s received before 11am PST. If not, your order will ship the next business day. Kindly note we do not ship on weekends or statutory holidays. Once it's ready to ship, we'll send you an email with your shipping confirmation.

How long will it take for me to receive my order that is shipping within USA?

Your order will be shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) and typically takes 4-9 business days. If you have chosen an expedited service, your order will ship out the next business day for an overnight, 2, or 3-day service. Don’t forget, this only includes business days.

How long will it take for me to receive my order that is shipping to Canada?

We use UPS worldwide expedited and this service takes 3 to 7 business depending on where you are located in Canada. Our orders ship from Washington, USA and your shipping costs include all duties and fees. Need it now? How long will it take for me to receive my international order?

We ship your order with UPS which takes 3-7 business days, depending on the service you choose. Please note we do not cover and are not responsible for any customs or duties your country may impose on your order.

Are there any additional costs to my order, such as tax or brokerage fees?

Canadian residents are subject to GST/HST. Washington State residents are subject to Washington State Sales Tax. Clients outside of USA and Canada are responsible for their own local duties / brokerage fees. We do not not include nor reimburse the costs of duties and taxes imposed by foreign governments.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. Pre-payment by means of company check or wire bank transfer can be arranged by calling 1-800-772-1408.
