Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for your recent purchase. At Pedicure Bowls by Noel Asmar, we value your business and want you to be completely satisfied. If you are not satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of the ship date.  All items returned must be unused, in the original box/packaging and in the same condition they were received. As part of our customer experience to make your returns smoother and easier, we offer online exchanges*, store credit, and refunds. Credits will be in the form of a gift card that you can use at any time, with no expiry date.

 

How do I get a return label for my USA return shipment?

Please contact our customer care team at hello@pedicurebowls.com Monday to Friday 8am – 4:30pm PST, excluding Statutory holidays and they will be happy to assist you.

 

How do I get a return label for my Canadian return shipment?

  1. Complete the Return Form Process online
  2. Fill out the Return and select Refund, Exchange and or Store Credit
    - We are pleased to announce that we now offer the added convenience of instant exchanges for both our CND clients. To initiate the process, simply provide your credit card information as a precautionary measure in the unlikely event that the original item is not returned within 15 days, you will be charged for the replacement item.
  3. A shipping label will be provided at the end of the return process which you will need to print out and place on the returned item(s) within 28 days as the label will expire after this timeframe.
  4. Once you have received confirmation that your return has been delivered to our warehouse please allow approx. 10+ business days to process your refund or store credit.

 

Can I return my items that were on a special limited time promo for a refund or exchange?

Yes, we are happy to accept them for a refund/exchange as long as they are in their original box(es)/packaging and in their original condition, within 30 days and meet our return requirements.

 

Do you refund my original shipping cost?

Unfortunately, we are not able to refund any shipping costs.

 

How long does it take to process a return?

Once we receive your item(s) at our warehouse, please allow 10-14 business days for us to process your refund. You will receive a copy of the refund once it has been completed on the credit card that you originally used on your order.

 


 

*Returns that do not meet our policy will not be refunded and we will not cover the shipping cost back to the customer. When selecting a delivery method, not provided for in our return conditions, we consider that it is your responsibility and you must bear the direct cost of both shipping and the product in the event of loss. We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation, in the event that a return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet our return requirements.
