Damages in Shipping
Our Quality Control Department checks each item to ensure that it is shipped from our warehouse in perfect condition. You must report any damages incurred during transit WITHIN 24 HOURS of receipt of your purchase.

Our Guarantee
We guarantee our products for 30 days from manufacturers defects. Please note that all resin products are hand-made. As a result, slight variations in colors and smoothness are natural characteristics of the product and are not deemed manufacturer defects.

Return & Exchange Policy & Procedure
In order to allow us to properly exchange or refund your purchase please adhere to the following procedures:

* Please do not send back any goods without calling us first. A Return Authorization Number is required. Contact PedicureBowls.com at 1-800-772-1408 or 601-601-2028, or info@pedicurebowls.com. Returns must be accompanied with the Return/Exchange form properly filled out. To download this form click here.

* Items must be returned it their original packaging. Only new, unused products, suitable for re-sale will be accepted.

* Absolutely no returns/exchanges can be accepted for any reason later than 15 calendar days from the invoice date. All sale or custom items are considered a final sale and will not be accepted for a refund or exchange. Shipping and handling charges are not covered by us, and are the responsibility of the customer.

* Exchanges will not incur a restocking fee, however customers are responsible for shipping charges on items received in exchange. Refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
